All registrations are required to be in writing (via mail, via fax, via phone, via online registration, or via scanned document sent via email). Registration Fee includes full access to event, program collaterals, Event-Documentation, continental breakfast, lunch (if available), networking reception (if available) and break refreshments.

Payment: Payment must be received within five business days of returning the signed sales contract to MindStream Education. Payment is non-refundable. Please make payments payable to: MindStream Education, P.O. Box 370864, Milwaukee, WI 53237. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and corporate check only.

Cancellation: Substitute attendees are acceptable up to 48-hours prior to the event start date. Cancellations are required to be received in writing no less than 3 weeks prior to the start of the event; if attendee cancels, a credit voucher for the amount paid will be issued which can be utilized for an upcoming MindStream Education conference within 1 year of issue.  No Refunds.

Program/Event Changes: MindStream Education reserves the right to make updates and changes to its programs, speakers, partners, and venue location or to cancel, reschedule or postpone programs if attendee criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control exist. If the event is not held for any reason, our liability is limited to a credit voucher for the amount paid.

Failure to pay: If Attendee/Client fails to pay any amounts which are due under this contract, or if MindStream Education retains an attorney to protect its interest in regards to this contract, Attendee/Client shall be liable to pay any and all costs incurred by MindStream Education in enforcing this contract, or collecting any fees under this contract, including collection fees, attorney fees and expenses. This contract is governed and construed in accordance with Wisconsin law and any action by and between the parties arising from this contract must be brought in the circuit court of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

Indemnity: Attendee/Client hereby indemnifies and holds MindStream Education harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by Attendee/Client, its agents, employees and guests.
